Greg Collins, DNP, CRNA

Dr. Collins serves as Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in the Texas Christian University School of Nurse Anesthesia. Greg has over 15 years of independent nurse anesthesia experience, with the majority of that time spent in a high-acuity, high-volume obstetric practice. He is a veteran of the US Army Reserves, providing down-range anesthesia in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. Dr. Collins is a Past-President of the Texas Association of Nurse Anesthetists and currently sits as Chair of the TxANAPAC.







Rodrigo Garcia, MBA, APN-BC, MSN, CRNA

Rodrigo Garcia is the Co-Founder and CEO of Parkdale Center for Professionals, a dual diagnosis substance abuse treatment facility specializing in the dual diagnosis management of the impaired health care provider. He has been a direct care provider himself for more than 25 years and has experience in multiple nursing specialties including emergency services, trauma, intensive care and, since 2004, in anesthesia as a CNRA. Rodrigo is also currently the compliance director for the Indiana Professionals Recovery Program (IPRP) for impaired nurses and pharmacists and the West Virginian Restore program for impaired nurses. Personally, he has emerged successfully from a dangerous battle with the disease of substance use disorder. As a result, he has educated thousands of families, state employees, individuals, employers, and professional organizations on the highly accountable professional afflicted with substance use disorder. As the Parkdale CEO and IPRPRestore compliance director, he is committed to providing health care professionals, their employers, and their families with the most effective, comprehensive, and progressive treatment, monitoring, and accountability programs possible.



Andrew Johnson, APRN, CRNA, NSPM-C, Master's of Headache Disorders

Andrew Johnson received a Master’s in Nurse Anesthesia from Mt. Marty College in Sioux Falls, SD in 2007. He then worked in a team anesthesia model in Watertown, SD for 3 years before relocating to Olivia, MN as the sole anesthesia provider at a critical access hospital. There he pursued additional education in interventional pain management which culminated in a Post Master’s Advanced Pain Management Certificate from Hamline University in 2012. Then he received a Master’s Degree in Headache Disorders after 2 years of study from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark in June of 2020. With his interventional background and headache background, he has taken particular interest in low pressure headaches and has received additional training in this through Stanford University. He also served a 2-year director term on the MANA Board in 2015 and 2016. His hobbies include knife making, bee keeping, making maple syrup, hunting, fishing, and gardening.


Natalie Johnson, APRN, CRNA, PMHNP-BC

Natalie Johnson was born and raised in Duluth, MN and graduated in 2003 from the College of Saint Scholastica with a Bachelors in Nursing. She worked as an ICU nurse at Mayo Clinic from 2003-2007, first in the pediatric intensive care, and then in the post-cardiac surgery intensive care, and  started her CRNA education at Mayo in the fall of 2007, and graduated in Spring of 2009. Worked on staff as a CRNA at mayo for two years before moving back home to Duluth in Spring 2011 and worked over the next several years as a CRNA with Essentia Health, St. Mary's, Pavilion Outpatient Surgery Center, and today still currently does independent office-based plastic surgery anesthesia with her business partner. She and her partner, Patrick Bailey, started Ketamine North in May 2019, and opened a second location in Hibbing, MN in August of 2022. Third location TBA soon. While running a business, she went back to her alma mater St. Scholastica, and received a second masters as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, graduating in the Spring of 2022, and is now board certified. Plans to become psychedelic assisted therapy trained within in the year. When not working, which is far and few between, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids (13 and 8), spending time at the lake, working out, going to her kids' sporting events, especially hockey, and sleeping.


Daniel King, DNP, CRNA, CPPS

Dr. Daniel King is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Owner of DreamLion Anesthesia, and Assistant Clinical Professor in the Doctor of Nursing Practice Nurse Anesthesia Program at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. He earned a Master of Nurse Anesthesia from the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in Rochester and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from The University of Alabama. He has contributed to a variety of leadership roles including appointed boards and committees including those within the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology and the Massachusetts Board of Directors.


Tracy Young, MSNA, MBA, CRNA

Mr. Young Graduated with his Master’s in Science Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Wesleyan University in2001 and immediately began his practice providing anesthesia services to several facilities in Louisiana. In 2003, Mr. Young founded YPS Anesthesia, an anesthesia management and consulting company. Mr. Young also received a Master’s in Business Administration-Healthcare from the George Washington University in 2008 and is currently the CEO of YPS Anesthesia. His time is divided between clinical and administrative duties as he oversees the operations and growth of YPS Anesthesia and its subsidiaries which includes exclusive anesthesia contracts at over 120 facilities in 7 states and over 1,000 anesthesia providers. Mr. Young also sits on several for-profit and non-profitboards including being the current Region 7 Director for the AANA and speaks nationally on many anesthesia business, regulatory and compliance topics.
